Some tips to make a well run Sew-Op..

In the process of my day I realize how efficient some things can be if implemented in a timely matter and want to share some pointers.. Always write things down like what works and what changes need to be made.
1. Draw out the space ( allow for the proper power outlets to be available)
2. Keep some inventory from the beginning especially for tools and Machines
3. Start a task list and post it to create community involvement.
4. Use the Website!! for yourselves and the community actions Ask for things and they will show up
5. Start office box, pile or corner it needs to happen and it has purpose
6. Near the office, front door or place of traffic place a posting board and put a couple business cards there to encourage the drop off and use of posting.
7. Save scraps small enough only for small puppets separately and use as such with kids.
There is more so go ahead and add your own tips...
Thanks!

Hey there hoochie,
I am getting excited about going back to Stralia and getting a space going. Thinking Melbourne and thinking of getting grants ect. OOOOhhhhh It feels like a dream brewing. An achievable community development project. This list above is a start right. What do I have to do to get a group talking in Australia?
Later you ragamuffin. Just gettting oriented with the site.
