Back in LA!! Rounding up all the Creative Suites!
Hello everyone!
Kokopaulli here giving you some back round and updates. I have been working on the Sew-op here in LA for a couple weeks. I have been offered a few places and have not been able to see them all. As it turns out I have been invited create with Elijah Sound @ AD 2013 @ 1305 Abbot Kinney in Venice, CA. This is an amazing opportunity for me and I am inviting everyone out to come see what it is like on January 10th 2009 @ 8pm for our in the New Year Festivities Showcasing Local Area Designers of Skin Graft. We have a collective boutique and showroom with a tailor station in the back on the way to the outdoor area furnished with seating all around a Bon Fire. There will be live music and some electronic vibrations with a prayer formances. I will be screen printing as well so bring somethign you want ink on. Drinks, Chai, Raw and cooked snacks will be served. Much more I can post a little late with more details....... We thought this would be an opportune time for everyone that wishes to congregate with Sew-op in mind, a perfect event to gather for. There is some talking that we all can do before then, about what to do when you get there, what you can bring ie: a sample garment that you make and a portfolio.... So go join the group that suits you or make one that is Better Aligned with your goals or area. Thanks for your added support..... We will Be accepting Donations for Sew-Op of any kind this evening..
