Thinking of a Sewing situation in Australia. Planning to get more photos up so when inviting people to join up there are projects to check out. Gunna get onto it in the next little while. Been reading others stunts and adventures from other folks and plan to get it on the get go.

Some tips to make a well run Sew-Op..

In the process of my day I realize how efficient some things can be if implemented in a timely matter and want to share some pointers.. Always write things down like what works and what changes need to be made.
1. Draw out the space ( allow for the proper power outlets to be available)
2. Keep some inventory from the beginning especially for tools and Machines
3. Start a task list and post it to create community involvement.

Walking for the journey....

Just the other day I was taking sometime for myself and it took me quite a while to leave the house. I did leave comfortably, without rush and started my daily walk to the studio. I come to a truck that a woman and 2 men where loading, I see the outfit is Salvation Army and I walk away. I look back and see the woman then I turn around and ask her if she has anything sewing related she might want to donate to a local sewing collective? She says yes and has the guys take some stuff off the truck..… Continue

Back in LA!! Rounding up all the Creative Suites!

Kokopaulli here giving you some back round and updates. I have been working on the Sew-op here in LA for a couple weeks. I have been offered a few places and have not been able to see them all.
